October 9-13,
come to the 4th floor of the library (the quiet floor)
to relieve mid-term anxiety by coloring.
Coloring materials will be provided.

    Coloring really does relieve stress! I recently purchased an adult coloring book and colored pencils to de-stress after a hard day at work. It's so relaxing!
